Infomercial TV LLC ("the Company") believes that its visitors and the
general public interfacing with the internet rightly have expectations
with respect to their privacy and the holding of that privacy supreme. It

Upon resolution of the circumstances that caused us to hold that information, it is immediately destroyed by way of shredding to ensure that it cannot be accessed by any individual or company. 2. EMAIL & EMAIL ADDRESSES The Company does not, under any circumstance email offers, updates or bulletins to any party unless that email address has specifically, and upon confirmation, requested that the Company add that specific email address to our mailing list directly through the Company subscription form. The company does NOT purchase lists or email campaigns or any service from which emails are sent to bulk lists of addressees who have not specifically visited our website. Clients who have requested they be added to our email list for product updates or press releases will receive no more than one (1) email from the company per week. All Email addresses are held in the strictest of confidence by the Company and are neither sold to other interests or, shared with any company or affiliate company belonging to our Parent Company (MHA CORP) 3. SPAM MHA Corp and its divisions do not, under any circumstance, engage in the practice of, or cause to be delivered unsolicited email. Official email correspondence sent by the Company will always be done so from the DNS "asseen-ontvsite.com" and will specify the purpose of the email in the subject line this includes, but not limited to periodic mailing of the TV Infomercial e-magazine. 4. ARMS LENGTH In offering the services of Infomercial TV, visitors are, in many cases, redirected to a secure business partner to transact a purchase of merchandise, goods or services. Information collected by our partners is retained by our partners and is not, under any condition shared with Infomercial TV or MHA Corp. and the Privacy Policies of our partners will over-ride and/or circumvent those of MHA Corp. Partners of MHA Corp and its subsidiaries have been evaluated for reputation and are deemed to conduct their business operations in a manner that is conducive to the privacy and security of our visitors. |
